OUTPUT:\(\left\{ {{\hat{\mathbf{X}}},{{\varvec{\upomega}}}} \right\}_{L}\)

Procedure:

1): Sampling \({\hat{\mathbf{X}}}\) in \({{\mathbb{C}}}_{{p\left( {\mathbf{x}} \right)}}^{\alpha }\) according to \({{\varvec{\uptau}}}\);

2): Calculate weights according to (7), (8) and get \(\left\{ {{\hat{\mathbf{X}}},{{\varvec{\upomega}}}} \right\}_{L}\)
